What this extension is

Haloo AI Assistant is a Chrome extension for the staff of shops that sell on Temu. On Temu's shopping site it reads the product lists a staff member opens, and with that staff member's own Miaoshou ERP login it creates products in Miaoshou and, when asked, publishes them to the shop. On Temu's seller centre it helps with prices and activity enrolment. It is used by people the shop has authorised, with a passcode the shop gives them.

What it handles

• Who is signed in. The user signs in on our own page with a name and a password the shop set up; the password is typed there and never passes through the extension. The page hands the extension a session token and the user's name, which are kept in the browser and sent with each request to our service to show that the user is authorised. (A passcode typed into the panel by an earlier version is kept and used the same way.)
• A name for the computer, which the user may change, so that results can be told apart by machine.
• Product information from the Temu pages the user runs it on: product id, title, main picture address, price, number sold, and the address of the list page. Only on pages where the user presses the button, or lists the extension opens to go on with the same job.
• Miaoshou ERP information of the signed-in account: the account's name, the shops it can publish to, the products in its collect boxes and their publishing record. The extension acts in Miaoshou with the login already in the browser; it never sees or stores the Miaoshou password.
• Records kept only in the browser: the rule last used for activity enrolment and the record of what was submitted to Temu's activities (when, which activity, how many). These are not sent to our service.
• What the extension did: which products were read, made, published or left out and why, and counts of requests, so that progress and usage can be shown.

It does not read pages other than Temu's shopping site, Temu's seller centre, Miaoshou ERP and our own results page. It does not collect browsing history, keystrokes, payment details, health or location information, or personal communications.

Where it goes

The information above is sent over HTTPS to our own service (LogoGuard, hosted on Supabase in the United States) and stored there for the shop's own operation. Product pictures are requested from Temu's picture servers; pictures the extension composes are uploaded to the user's Miaoshou account. Chrome's push service is used to tell the extension that there is something to do; the message carries no content.

What we do not do

We do not sell this information, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the system (hosting). It is not used to decide creditworthiness or for lending.

Keeping and removing

Records are kept as long as the shop needs them for its operation. Removing the extension removes everything it kept in the browser. To have records removed from our service, write to the contact below.
